Decentralized Longevity Research
Can an autonomous DeSci (Decentralized Science) AI agent improve Bryan Johnson's Blueprint Protocol by reading every single research paper published in bioRxiv & medRxiv?
Current Progress
Our progress is all transparently shared on our GitHub Project. We are currently working on the following:
- Creating a personal longevity coach
- Fine-tuning the agent's research capabilities
- Implement RAG for the AI longevity coach
- Allow the AI agent to write research papers based on its findings, using STORM's methodology.
- and more!
Gather Research Papers
First, we scrape EVERY SINGLE research papers from bioRxiv & medRxiv. The papers are then stored in a database for further processing.
Relevance Eval
Second, we use a cheaper LLM model (GPT-4o mini) to check whether each research paper is relevant to our longevity research. There are more than 100,000 papers published to bioRxiv and medRxiv. To save costs, we use a cheaper model to filter out irrelevant papers.
Automated Longevity Protocol Improvement
Among the relevant research papers, we then ask O1 to improve our longevity protocol, which is based on Bryan Johnson's 'Blueprint' protocol.
- Total Papers Scrapped
- 141,310
- Relevant Papers Found
- 8,351
- Processed Papers
- 393
Features
This is an experimental project to see if an autonomous DeSci AI agent can improve Bryan Johnson's Blueprint Protocol by reading every single research paper published in bioRxiv & medrXiv. With the help of the DeSci AI agent, we can read tens of thousands of research papers and extract the relevant information to improve the Blueprint Protocol. Ultimately, contributing to the well being of humanity.
Who is Bryan Johnson,
and what is the Blueprint Protocol?
Bryan Johnson is famously known for his longevity protocol called Blueprint. If you want to learn more about Bryan's journey, I recommend watching his DON'T DIE documentary on Netflix.
This experimental project has NO AFFILIATION with Bryan or his company in any way.
